Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 - 5 working days, although many orders do go out the next working day. Please note orders are only processed Monday to Friday.
Delivery
United Kingdom (Mainland): All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard (2-3 working days). This option is not tracked.
EU and NI: Due to GPSR, I'm unfortunately unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland at the moment. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but I appreciate your understanding.
International Shipments: Orders for the rest of the world are sent via Royal Mail International Standard. The estimated delivery timeframe for these orders is 6-7 working days. This option is not tracked.
Important: International shipping is currently available to a limited list of countries outside the UK. Please check our list of countries below for eligible destinations:
- United States (from 31st August 2025 all orders shipped to the USA will include applicable tariffs and handling fees. These costs are collected upfront at checkout to avoid surprise charges when your parcel arrives).

Please note it is the customer's responsibility to cover any additional customs charges for overseas orders. Maison Phoenix is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or any fees imposed by customs in your country.
Wrong/Incomplete Delivery Address
If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately and we will happily change your address for you.
If your address is not updated before dispatch, we are not responsible for any lost item(s). If the parcel is returned to us, we will give you the option to either pay for shipping it to the correct address, or refund the item(s).
If a shipping address is inaccurate or incomplete, the order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
